WOODLAND PARK ZOO GUEST EXPERIENCE PLAN

J+S worked closely with Woodland Park Zoo to develop a Guest Experience Master Plan and Guidelines (GEP). The GEP is a practical and philosophical tool to expand WPZ’s ability to engage guests with its mission, core values and perspective as a conservation leader. It provides a framework for developing future projects and initiatives relating to guest experience. The aim of the GEP is for WPZ to be a leader in innovative guest experience, where diverse guests have a great time, learn something and where inspiration to conservation action is a frequent outcome. The GEP addresses “on-campus” experiences such as general environment, wayfinding, interpretation, and encompasses all media and methodologies.
